Başkent Sitesi is a three-block gated residential community south of Ankara that pairs a calm garden-city lifestyle with full access to the city.

Symmetrical neoclassical façades, stone-clad detailing, and a concealed parking entrance give the street frontage a composed, understated character. The internal courtyard holds a swimming pool, bespoke landscaped walkways, and children's play areas.

Our structural engineering team designed the full system — from foundation to roof — to a performance target above code-minimum seismic requirements, while the landscape and façade teams ensured the shared courtyard stays usable year-round.
